How to get there
Take transit to Eaton Canyon Nature Center. From the New York Dr or Washington Bl bus stop walk north on Altadena to the park entrance and follow the drive to the trailhead.

In case of high water at the trailhead Mt Wilson Toll Rd and Altadena Crest trail can be reached from the Pinecrest gate. From the park entrance walk up Altadena Dr, turn right at Crescent and right at Pinecrest to the gate. (total 1.6 mile) [street view]
